Position: Bookkeeper / Finance Coordinator
Main Responsibilities:
Manage all income, expenses, invoices, and financial records for the village and trade shop
Handle payroll, trade credits, and member accounts
Prepare monthly reports and keep books transparent
Support budgeting for rebuilding projects
Compensation:
Pay is based on your Co-op Membership Level + a percentage of Trade Shop / Village sales
Raw Land Plot provided so you can build your own tiny home + personal shop
Co-op benefits (food, resources, tools, and shared equipment) increase with your membership level:
Pioneer – Highest pay rate + largest benefit share
Villager – Strong pay + good benefit share
Apprentice – Lower base pay + learning benefits
Wanderer – Trial pay + basic support
Summary: The more the village and trade shop succeed, the more everyone (including you) earns.
We are looking for property owners in every state to help organize local mutual assistance co-op villages. To start, we just need landowners to allocate at least 3 acres to host 4 members of management and event, and campgrounds for weekend warrior events.
