Gaian Villages Project: Gaian Villages, a WE Network initiative, builds sustainable eco-villages across all 50 states, led by Elders (acting or permanent). We secure land for thriving, zero-waste communities. Our kickoff: a woodland flea market where Pioneers and Villagers pledge a one-time $33.33 deposit to claim lots for crafts, creating vibrant trade hubs for weekend shoppers. Elders review pledges to ensure alignment with our ethical farming and zero-waste mission, featuring compassionate carnivore diets and EcoJunk. Once land is secured, pledged Pioneers and Villagers launch market stalls, with more Pioneers and Wanderers joining to expand our cooperative vision nationwide. We transform distressed lands into Eden-like farms, uplifting farmers and communities.

Showcase your talents as a weekend warrior in your own shop in your local Mad Max village. Choose your trade and location right away. Once your local fellowship completes finding all five elders, you are awarded use of a co-op lot for your shop, including access to free raw materials from EcoJunk and a tiny house build. If you want to live on site, it must be a two-story structure with residential space upstairs.

As a weekend warrior, your shop will be open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays. During the week you may only do online orders or sales by appointment.

Pioneers agree to take on apprentices to pass down their skills and grow the village. You receive member discounts across the village and must offer those same discounts to fellow villagers and wanderers. Sales are split three ways: one-third to your shop, one-third to raw materials, and one-third to the community. Pioneers who supply their own raw materials keep two-thirds of all sales.

PICK A TRADE AND GET A LOT IN YOUR LOCAL VILLAGE

By taking your place as a Pioneer, you’re helping build a parallel society where real skills, fair trade, and strong community replace the dog-eat-dog competition outside. This is how we create a better future together.
